Our goal is to work with our customers every step of the way from the first call to the walk-through after the job is completed. We manage expectations and are happy to answer all our customer's questions on any and all of the services we provide.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our business is licensed and insured. Our technicians are highly certified and trained with over 10 years of experience in carpet stretching, repairs and other services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner worked for a company and wanted to start one of his own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all types of customers, residential and commercial. We aim to provide the best solutions for our customers and leave them 100 percent satisfied with services rendered.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we removed multiple tripping hazards caused by severely wrinkled carpets by re-stretching three rooms and a hallway in a customer's home. She was very happy that the carpets are now completely flat making it a lot safer for her elderly parents. It took three hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We recommend that a customer hires someone who is insured, has the most experience and has the most top reviews. The lowest price is not the best way to go when it comes to hiring a provider for carpet stretching and repair services. Technicians MUST know what they're doing to do the job right.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Depending on the service our customers have specific questions pertaining to said service. No matter what service you need the number one general question to ask any provider before hiring is; are you licensed and insured?
