What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are flexible with pricing, in fact, let us bid last and we will beat all our competitor's price point. We also accept all major credit cards.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Establish contact with the customer, visit the job site, get measurements, and send quote. Once we are hired, we take a 50% deposit, perform the job, and once it is substantially complete we take the 50% balance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Civil Engineering degree, 12+ years in the flooring business, and also several sales training courses (Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Grant Cardone, Jim Rome, Anthony Robbins)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I learned the craft from my father in 2006, he was my mentor and the flooring business was the best set of skills he could have passed down to me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, contractors, builders, realtors, house flippers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently refinished 1600sf of pine hardwood for Mrs. Esworthy, we used a mixture of 50% Dark Walnut 50% Special Walnut for stain. The job looked beautiful, we also refinished her steps and handrails. She was super happy as well as her husband.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are dealing with a real company composed of professionals in the field of work you want done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Determine if the product that you want is appropriate for the type of subfloor you are on (slab or plywood). Make sure that the colors you pick for your flooring complement the rest of the colors of the house.
