What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Initial consultation 2. Product Review (Professional samples brought to your space) 3. Measure & Pricing 4. Schedule install (Most installs are completed in 1-day) All these steps can be completed in 1 visit. The majority of our installs are done in 1 day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just installed over 2000sq feet of LVP on 2 seperate levels of a home and converted a carpeted staircase to solid oak treads that blend with the LVP. 2 days. Done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you research the quality of the products you are interested in. There are so many levels of flooring. You normally get exactly what you pay for. Always ask about the warranties from the manufacture and make sure the install professionals also warranties the work being done within your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What types of flooring are we interested in? What are the grades of that product? What is fair pricing for materials and labor? What additional cost could be run into with this type of upgrade?
