Hi My name is Corey, I am the owner and operator of Wondergem Flooring Co. I have been in the industry for 20 years in just about every part of the Flooring industry from installation to sales to installation management. I have been classily trained in all aspects of hardwood flooring including solid wood, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl, and sand and refinish. I would love to help you with your flooring project from finding the material to the installation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing really varies based on the type of flooring installation and product but I am always willing to work with a client to help them meet a friendly budget. Also military and first responders will always receive a discount

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to find out a bit about my customer, what they are looking for in their project. From there we move into what colors they like followed by grains and types of woods then we get in to price and functionality.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years experience in the industry 16 years as an installer, sand and refinished, 13 years as an installation manager, repair manager, 4years importer, 9 years as a flooring salesman 5 of those years as a sales manager. I was trained by both my fathers and grandfather as a wood worker as well as apprenticed under a hard wood expert that has become a mentor in the last 16 years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Father brought me on as his helper when I was 14 and after college found my self working with another flooring company as a lead installer and just really fell in love with bring new life to peoples homes through their floors

What types of customers have you worked with?

Really all types, every one is a little different

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a professional that can answer all their questions and make them feel comfortable in knowing the professional that they hired has a complete knowledge of their field

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of flooring they would like to have, how they live as that may dictate the best type of flooring for them as well as what budget would they like to have for this project.
