What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet in person to walk through and talk with them about what they are looking to get done. Gain an understanding of why they are doing the work and what they want out of their project. Concrete is a long term investment and we want to make sure what we create will suit our customers needs and add to the value of their home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners and business owners of all kinds for all types of different applications. Large and small, decorative and functional, and everything in between!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a front yard walkway connected to a circular patio. It was really fun to work with the homeowner on a unique layout that really enhanced the curb appeal of the house. The project took about 4 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who you feel comfortable with. Someone who listens to what you want out of the project and who adds their expertise to the overall vision.
