What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My most affordable starts at $1.50 a sq ft . It's all depending on the quality of the carpet & padding . My carpet is always gonna be more affordable then bigger stores .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always email them back to schedule an estimate, then we go from measurements, to pricing, then finally the answer later on to see if they're going to want the job .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My friends has a carpet company in Georgia that I went to & trained there . I've been doing carpet jobs for about 15 years .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in a carpeting company in chicago when I was 17

I've worked with all types of customers but patience is always key .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent job I did was 3 bedrooms & 2 living rooms, it took us about 5to6 hours .
