What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not have a fixed price per square feet since mostly all projects differ from each other. Rather, price is built considering all the other necessary steps needed in order to fully complete a floor installation or replacement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we receive a new lead/customer we try to reach out on the Thumbtack app. If we don't hear anything from the customer on the app then we follow up with a phone call or text.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most of our team members have oversees flooring installation experience as well as many years of experience installing in US for others flooring companies such as Empire Today, Home Depot, Luna, Floor and Decor etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our team members have vast experience in flooring installation and have been doing this work for many years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Worked on residential and commercial projects and worked with homeowners, managers, general contractors, house flippers etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Depending on square footage a typical project takes between 1-3 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

OUR ADVICE IS TO PLEASE READ COMPANY'S INTRODUCTIONS and see if that pro makes sense to you as the customer. If so, then share your request to the pro. Every pro has different requirement so please take your time and read these companies introductions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of floor they want to install. What is their square footage. If they need their old floor to be removed. If they need baseboards installation/replacement. If they need quarter round. If they have hump/bumps in their subfloor. These are just a few aspects of a new floor installation.
