Our prices are very competitive, We don't have a big overhead costs, so we can pass these savings to our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet the customer at the job site. Find out what the client has envisioned and make suggestions if needed. Provide the client with a well detail proposal. Schedule the starting date and have an approximate time of completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I been doing this job for 18 years. Also, I have 3 years of interior design training at the Chicago Art Institute (AI). I've been licensed and insured for the past 15 years and I'm very familiar with building codes and the process of permits and inspections in many towns, including Chicago. I also do Electric, plumbing, and framing, for bigger jobs, I work with licensed tradesmen

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was my father in law that took me in this field 22 years ago and I have not stopped since then.

We have dealt with many customers, including homeowners, investors, and commercial owners. We also do 203k renovations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a restaurant, it was challenging because we had to deal with a lot of city building, sanitation, and AD codes

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Reference, reference, make sure they are licensed and insured. It's really easy to go to your city site and find out if your contractor is licensed. If your contractor is licensed you can expect the company to be more knowledgeable and understand the process better.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know your budget. Go online and get ideas so when you meet with your contractor you can show him pictures with ideas you like, textures, colors, layouts, and finishes
