we try to be competitive and very transparent our contract is the price it won't change.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I come out to their house for a free estimate. show them samples, go over process and tell them more about us. I always give a price at time of estimate

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to training from the National Wood Flooring Association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

While I was in college my father worked for a company that made wood floor vents. The company started making vents because they installed wood floors. They got a big order from Homedepot and they needed to make thousands of vents on short notice. So I went to work there to help out for a few days. The owner really liked my work ethic and hired me full time for the wood flooring company. A couple years later I opened my own company. That was almost 30 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, realtors, designers, builders, businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done floors for a few celebrities and professional athletes. I always enjoyed meeting some of the Chicago Bears players.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you ask to be listed as additional insured and that your contractors insurance company send you proof of insurance.
