What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Quick 2 min phone call to discuss some project details. Schedule and perform an in-home estimate. Provide a final quote/proposal for the project and sign off on the contract. Collect deposit and schedule a project start start date.

What types of customers have you worked with?

No project is too big or too small. We take on all work, from a small 25sqft half bathroom to a full 5000 sqft home. We have worked with homeowners all over Lake County, IL and the northern Chicagoland suburbs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished a 4100 sqft vinyl plank installation in only 4 days. Our team of installers are very hardworking and attentive to detail, and they showed that on that job. The quick turnaround and high quality work resulted in a 5 star review, a few references for more jobs, and most importantly, a very happy homeowner with brand new floors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have good reviews online or at least good references. North Eastern Illinois is a very competitive are as far as pricing goes. More than likely, there will always be a guy willing to underbid everyone, but cheap work now can turn into more headaches and even more expenses down the road. So just make sure your contractor come well recommended.
