What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide in-home consultation services where all the samples we have, you will be able to see them in your lighting of your home which makes a huge difference then picking your flooring in a store.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Here at FCI we are required to go through extensive training and continuing education to keep up to date with flooring needs.

Buying the cheapest also buys you headaches. Make sure you are comfortable with the process and that your Design Assistant is very thorough with your options for all your flooring needs.

What is your budget? Have you thought about design of the room/rooms you are looking to change? Do they have financing options available? Have a thought about what you do/don't like.
