We ask questions about the project and if it is something the we do ,we out for an estimate.Within 2-3 business days we send the estimate to the costumer and if they choose to accept then we change it to and invoice and once the deposit is received ,we begin the job .After completion we expect payment and the costumer to look over our job to ensure they're satisfied .
