What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

2 skilled craftsman (complete home/commercial remodels/rehabs/flips) $75/hr with a 2 hour minimum

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with the customer for a quote visit, during or shortly after the visit I will email them their quote, of hired I like to get them scheduled at their earliest conscience. I attempt not to keep acquiring new clients if my schedule is full for the next 7 days no one wants to wait 2 weeks to get their project done after accepting a quote.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

over the last 25 years I have taken jobs based on what skills I have not yet acquired. so I am able at this point in my life to start a career doing jobs in almost every category for myself. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the satisfaction on a client's face when they view the work I have completed and the comments they give afterwards.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many customers thus far, from businesses needing facilities maintenance, investors needing rental properties maintained, families looking to upgrade their home, to the college kids needing things put together in their dorm

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

to date my favorite project was the deck attached to the home and the matching floating deck with a gazebo on it. the client choose to use cedar and coat it with natural finish. they are 2 of the most beautiful things I have ever built

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would always ask during the quote visit for a gallery or digital photo album of the professionals past jobs so I can see the quality of the workmanship for the price and decide Wether it's a great value.

what is the quality of the workmanship provided by the professional I'm about to hire.
