What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our process is the most thorough and comprehensive - our customers are proud of the work we do. We are competitive on pricing and have not had a customer ever feel like they paid too much.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come out and give a quote- check moisture, cracks, concrete strength, square footage. Talk to the homeowner about their space- understand the task. We seek to understand what our customers are looking for - not just jam a one size fits all process down their throats.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30 years of concrete experience. 20 years of carpentry experience. The perfect combination of strength and perfectionism.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are concrete enthusiasts! We have 40+ years experience working with concrete.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial. We work on concrete- whoever owns it we are happy to work with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are proud of a three car garage in Gloucester we did this fall. We took 2.5 days and made sure the customer was thrilled. And they were!
