What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always charge fair prices for a good quality service. You will sometimes find better prices, but that can lead to poor quality services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We give new customers a 10% OFF if the first contact was through our website. If the customer likes the estimate, we ask for a 50% deposit in order to secure the job and for material purchase. The other 50% is paid after the job is done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have plenty of experience working for big companies in the Boston region.

Our customers are usually kind, and we feel very grateful to work with people who know how much value has to support small local businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, we completed a hardwood floor with a stair upgrade, and it looks absolutely amazing. It took us 3 days to finish the project. Thank you, Melissa and Jerry!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not look only for pricing, I've seen many profiles selling themselves extremely cheap and delivering poor quality services.
