When working with a new customer I try to answer all their questions regarding quotes, warranty, and the services I provide. I am very flexible when it comes to scheduling and I reply as promptly as I can.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working at a larger company doing epoxy floors for a couple years. I felt like I outgrew the company and learned all that I could and decided it was time for other opportunities.
