Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently, a homeowner in Washington, DC, reached out to us with a pressing issue. Each time a rainstorm hit, they noticed water seeping through cracks in their foundation. Understandably worried about the potential damage to their home's structural integrity and the possibility of a growing mold issue, they wanted a durable solution—and quickly. After contacting our Customer Care team, the homeowner was swiftly scheduled for a home inspection. One of our knowledgeable System Design Specialists visited the home, conducted a thorough inspection of the foundation, and confirmed the presence of significant cracks through which water was entering. To solve this issue effectively, our specialist recommended the installation of a Push Pier system. This system stabilizes the home’s foundation by hydraulically driving steel piers to a solid bearing stratum deep below the surface. It’s designed not only to halt further damages but essentially to lift the foundation back towards its original position over time. Our production team, consisting of a seasoned foreman and skilled installers, carried out the work efficiently. They meticulously installed the Push Pier system, ensuring the house was stabilized and protected against future water intrusion. Once the job was done, they cleaned up the site thoroughly, leaving no trace behind except for a significantly improved foundation. The homeowner was relieved and thoroughly impressed with the smoothly coordinated and executed job. They found peace in the knowledge that their foundation issues were resolved, providing them a lasting solution and reviving their confidence in their home’s safety and integrity. Our mission of delivering remarkable customer experiences was once again achieved, evident in the homeowner’s satisfaction.

unfold fold
