Our process for getting started installing flooring includes several steps: Work Area Analysis: Before any project begins, we perform a detailed work area analysis to determine the specific requirements of the project, such as the type of flooring to be installed, the dimensions of the area, and any specific challenges that may arise. Preparation of the work area: Depending on the type of preparation that the subsoil needs, we proceed to prepare the work area before beginning the installation. This may include removing existing soil, preparing the subfloor, or applying a specific sealer. Floor installation: Once the work area has been adequately prepared, we proceed to install the selected floor. We care about every detail and ensure that the floor is installed correctly and according to the client's specifications.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I had the opportunity to receive a two year education and training with a company in Maryland. It was the best experience for me in terms of learning about the flooring industry. I learned a lot about different types of floors, installation techniques, and the best use of tools and materials. In addition, I learned about how to deal with different types of clients and how to offer exceptional service. This experience has been invaluable to my career and has allowed me to provide high quality service to my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have 8 years of experience in the flooring industry. I started in this field because I love the idea of remodeling houses and making them look beautiful on the inside. During my time in the industry, I have gained a great deal of knowledge and skills in the installation of different types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, carpet, tile, and more. My experience and dedication allow me to offer a high quality service and guarantee satisfaction

I have worked with a wide variety of clients throughout my flooring installation career, including friendly clients and not-so-friendly ones. However, regardless of the client's personality, I always try to be respectful and professional in all my interactions with them. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last job I did was installing vinyl flooring in a basement. The basement was in poor condition, but I did everything I could to make sure the client was completely satisfied with the end result. It took me about two days to work on this project, but in the end the client was very happy with the work I did and the transformation of the basement. I am proud to know that I was able to help improve your home and that I left behind a satisfied customer.
