We keep our customers updated every step of the way from start to finish. Our team has a combined 15+ years in the industry and we make sure to keep up to date with all new codes and regulations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If the customer is looking for the cheapest price, then we are not that. We offer a competitive and affordable price that matches our exceptional quality of work. We do offer discounts and a referral program.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact the customer and set up a time and date for a free estimate. After an estimate is submitted we follow up and ask if customer has any questions or concerns. If job is accepted we sign a contract and work begins. We update the customer on a daily basis on the status of the project and address any issues right away if any. Once project is completed we do a thorough walk-thru and do any touchups if needed. And ask the customer for a review and we offer referral rewards. (If we do not get the job, we ask the customer if they are willing to answer a few questions on why we did not get the job, this is so we as a company can improve ourselves)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked with my dad in the painting and home remodeling field my whole life. I have worked with many other contractors and sub-contractors and i have learned all my skills by working in the field. I have the capability to do any type of painting work, i have many years of experience with a paint sprayer, and im learning everyday.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When i was a young, my dad would take me to work with him and i fell in love from the beginning. Being able to transform a house from top to bottom is such a satisfying experience. For me this is not a job, it is not work, its not just another income, this is my passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with almost all types of customers. From new homeowners to homeowners who have owned their home for generations. We do not discriminate and we work with everyone that needs our services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always tell my customers to ask any questions or concerns they may have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First off I think it’s important for the customer to have an idea of what they are looking for. If it’s a painting job, it’s good to have an idea on color but if not we are here to help.
