What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Install vinyl, laminate, engeneered wood. Move furniture, remove/dispose of existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Does the contractor carry liability insurance? If not, you could be in for big trouble should anything go wrong with your project. Ask the contractor for a copy of their liability insurance. Be sure to check when the policy expires. It may even be worth a call to the agent/agency that insures them. That way you can be sure the policy is current and in good standing.
