What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies on property size, if it’s mowing I usually like to go in person and see what type of work I will be working with? Is it gated? Is their a trampoline? Is their a playhouse? Is their a deck? All these adds up that means more time spent on the property. Now for landscaping that varies as well it just depends what the customer is looking for and budget. Yes I do offer discount to my customers please ask for details.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a customer reaches out to me I gather basic information on what exactly they are looking for. Once all information is gathered I write up a estimate, once they confirm I schedule,start and finish up the job I”ll follow back up with them to make sure both parties agreed on what needed to be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated high school, continuing my education was on my mind but I decided to find a job. I mostly worked a Manuel job once I started doing my own thing I was mentally and physically ready for this type of work environment. Over the years I’ve done lots of research on Lawncare/landscaping and I Learned quite a bit and still continuing to learn. I am planning to further my education by taking business management classes not just for me but for my family.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

There is saying, “If you love your job, if you enjoy it, you’re already a success.” It took time to actually figure out what I wanted to do until I retire I was born to be a entrepreneur!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with different type of customers, I personally like to get to know who my customers are so a good business relationship can be built on and meet their needs!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advice do a bit of research on the company, Fb business page, website, reference and reviews especially first impression how they communicate with you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they licensed and insured? How long have you been in business? Do you offer discounts? Do you have references? Is your work Guaranteed?
