What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide one price. I generally require 50% down at start of project, but I don’t mind working with people! Cash paid will be discounted.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give me a call and we’ll set up a time to meet and I’ll give an estimate right there on the spot! If we move forward with the project, I will schedule the job right away!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With 18 years in this field, I have picked up an abundance of knowledge from many companies and individuals to whom I have worked with pertaining to set up process, finishing of concrete, and of course the details !' When you're educated and well versed in your field of study, It’s easy to do a great job!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with a company right out of high school in 2002. For the next 13 years, I worked along side some of the most talented and professional tradesman in the Industry. I started as a laborer and three years later moved to a finisher position. In 2015 I started my own company Concrete works llc. I have had great success in helping homeowners with their concrete needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with many types of people. Most have been great to work with! We will always aim to please the customer, No matter what!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. Look at their photos, and reviews! Reviews are everything in this trade. Try not to focus on price. If you want long lasting, quality concrete, and can verify that the contractor can deliver that, then price should not matter as much. But if your looking to pay the least, that may reflect in the quality of the work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always have the contractor explain what he will be doing! You can form a better opinion and feeling about them by doing so. Trust your instinct!
