We have financing options available, some options include no interest or payments for 6/12 months.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Schedules a free in-home estimate 2. During the estimate we examine the project area, take measurements, discuss material options and the timeline for the project to be completed. We will also provide you with a printed estimate before we leave. 3. We can get new projects scheduled to start within a week or two or we can schedule the start date months in advance depending on your timeline. 4. After you project is completed we perform a final walk thru together to make sure you are satisfied with the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer based and hands on training. We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops. We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry. Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I researched 100's of companies, and Floor Coverings International had the best support system available. I also love the opportunity to work in my community and get to meet so many amazing people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers are all different and we cater your needs. We work with business owners, landlords, project managers and homeowners. We have an amazing installation team that focuses on customer satisfaction. That's why we have so many repeat customers, they choose us again and again for their flooring needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every project differs just slightly in complexity, customer desires, and timelines required. However, we don't collect payment on the balance until the customer is satisfied. Most of our projects go from selection to installed in under 2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you have any flooring needs or questions, Joe and his installation team have the experience and knowledge to help and guide you in the right direction.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the look and feel you are trying to accomplish? Are you focused more on achieving a certain look, or on achieving a certain level of performance/durability. Prioritize the projects in your home. The things that will increase your home value are flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms, in that order.
