What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We partner with multiple producers and source our materials directly so they come without retail mark up. Because we're a smaller company we can bring a higher attention to detail while keeping our work lower or competitively priced with big companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We do free in home consultations. One of our expert design consultants will come out and measure your space while you look over sample materials tailored to your project. We'll give you a bid right there on the spot. What we bid is what you pay

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our install team has decades of experience. The design consultants have been in homes in every part of the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs over the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We've all been in the industry in various capacities for a while, but just recently decided to forge our own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with a wide range of customers. From large commercial spaces and rental properties to million dollar homes in Minnetonka. As a small company we take every project personally, whether re-carpeting a 10 by 10 office or refinishing an entire floor of hardwood, we give our customer the attention they deserve.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Not too long ago we installed over a radiant floor a customer had put in them self. Other big chain companies in the area were greatly up-charging or refusing to touch it but it was very simple to obtain and follow the material and installation specifications from the producer of their radiant floor. The customer was overjoyed with what in the end was about an extra half hour of focused attention and the install only took a day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research. Read reviews. Make sure you're getting quality materials not something that's going to fall apart after a couple years.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What their time frame is. Around how much they want to spend.
