Our pricing structure is very competitive. We have Vetted experienced installers.We also offer 0% financing for 12-months to qualifying customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The showroom comes to you, and we offer FREE in-home consultations. Our personalized process ensures you get the solution that is right for you. In most cases a quote will be provided for you on the spot. Once you are ready to order we will coordinate the installation and walk you through the process. We set clear expectations and deliver on our promises.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Linda the owner has over 25 years of renovation experience and has a keen sense of design. Because of this, she can help you make decisions that are perfect for your home and products you will love. Barb the office manager has a background in Commercial Interior Design. She will make the process as seamless as possible. How did you get started doing this type of work?

We just really love flooring and believe that it is one of the most important parts of a house. Flooring sets the foundation for a home that functions for its families and of course pets! When it comes to Commercial spaces we understand the specs required for these spaces. We’d love to help you find the perfect flooring solution.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with both Residential and Commercial customers. We can get most Commercial flooring.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the most recent projects was a Condo on the 20th floor with a beautiful view. It just needed a little refresh. We installed a modern loop carpet in the master bedroom and a luxury vinyl plank in a den. The project was completed in 9 days. We have a few products that are in stock and can be installed in the next day. Of course if it is a product that is back stocked or has a long lead time, it can take longer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure any bid you get is comprehensive: we have found when comparing bids between companies that there can be important items missing that are then added as a surprise once work is underway: our bids are complete and total price is honored to the penny! Ask about pros and cons of the flooring you are interested in: sometimes there can be products with a similar appearance that will be a better fit for your lifestyle.

The timing of a project. Have an idea of a budget you are comfortable with.
