My prices are competitive to the going average prices for our area! If you find a cheaper rate then tell me! I want to beat that rate :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Understand the details of what is wrong and the desired outcome through conversation. Negotiate a price for the service needed and a date that the service can be started and how long the service should last.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified luthier. So woodworking and detail are my forte! I am also fully insured!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always like fixing things and woodworking. Trying to solve the puzzle puts me in my “happy place.”

What types of customers have you worked with?

Elderly, middle aged, new home owner, sellers, younger population, renters, all races, all diversities! Love life and be happy in the people you share smiles with everyday!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy all types of projects but the one I enjoyed most was at home building a doll house for my daughter

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Provide as much detail as possible (measurements: length/width/height/ depth/material/what needs to be fixed or desired outcome, etc) and pictures! This helps things move quickly and efficiently and also ensure all the tools needed for the job are available!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Material/product that needs to be fixed. Are instructions and make/model available for assembly items? What is the desired outcome? Looking up average cost for the type of service is helpful in understanding how much to expect for an estimate. As always, ask questions if you don’t know!!!!
