What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Out pricing here reflects base sanding prices. They can decrease or increase depending on exact project. But feel comfortable knowing this will be explained to you before we even agree on a date to perform the service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually have our appointment setter reach out to them to set up a good time to swing by and look at the floor, and get a good understanding of what the customer is looking to get out of the project. Once I understand what the customer is hoping to accomplish I am able to give them a firm price.

Many many homeowners, realtors, remodelers, flippers ect.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Advice I would offer is to ask lots of questions, about processes, equipment, areas on the floor etc.. Also a big deposit shouldn't be required and most certainly don't give deposit in actual cash, I have countless stories of people losing a lot of money in deposits and never seeing the "professional" again. Check is fine but never cash!

Type of wood, layout of the floor (bathroom, kitchen, is there an island) color selection and what is the existing trim on the wall.
