Introduction

I like to take the extra time to make sure the work is done right and make sure the customer is satisfied. Because referrals is how I get all my jobs. I have been installing and refinishing hardwood floors for 17 year's . When I install a new floor or refinish an old one the transformation is amazing. Seeing a floor that is 40 to 100 year's old getting sanded and refinished to look better than the day it was installed is really rewarding.

Price varry upon service, but is calculated using square feet.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At first call, I will be sure my services fit the customers needs, and schedule an appointment. At the appointment I will messaure and make my bids, sure to answer all customer questions and discuss color options alomg with base bord, vents, etc. After calculating my bid, I will call the customer and plan a start date as soon as needed if they wish to continue with hiring me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

17 years of devoting all of my time and efforts toward hardwood floors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of different customers; contractors, residential, construction companies, and regular home owners.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure the worker is reliable of doing a good job, and is willing to meet all of your desired needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Final expectations including; start date, what they need done, how many rooms, what colors, and what they are looking for after the project is over.
