We're able to inspect the area that will be tiled and help business owners and home owners select the best tile sizes and patterns to achieve their desired results. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Experience. But each project is different. We'll consult with you, discuss the project, material and will let you know what you'll need to deliver the best solution.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Reaching out to the customers as soon as possible to provide a quote. if necessary, I will ask if I can drive out to their home or business to discuss the project and personally get a feel for the job and give them more of an accurate quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years of experience in this trade and training in the use of certain materials.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a kid on my summer vacation, I would help my father and really enjoyed the trade. Through time the trade became more of a passion and an art than a job for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

In my 10 years of experience ive worked with blue prints, homeowners, superintendents, interior designers, and architects to come to an agreement with the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you can contact some references , so it can help you build a relationship with the contractor, and let you feel comfortable having them around your home or business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you have any references I can contact before you start the project? How many people will be in my home working on the project? How long will it take you to complete the project?
