What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have flat rate pricing. Meaning, we quote you a price and that is the price you pay. Of course, if you would like to add another area, while we are there, that can be discussed at the time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We traditional gather information and schedule a free estimate. We email said estimate to customer to review. Then place customer on the schedule if they so desire.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

None. We just ask customers to stay of the raised slabs till the morning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked closely veteran experts for three years learning the right way to raise settled concrete. Then twelve years ago it was time to start E House Enterprises.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mainly residential homeowners. Many people looking to raise their settled concrete. Many customers also see potential issues with Voids under the driveway or sidewalk. These customers have us come out to address those issues before the slab snaps and settles.
