What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Never any hidden fees or surprises after our original quote is given to the customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we gather all the information from the customer regarding their project so that we can understand their specific request. We offer all our new customers several options so that they can decide which option would work better for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20+ years of experience in the flooring industry. We have installed, sanded and restored literally hundreds of floors. We have serviced many high end luxury homes like Weiland Homes, Simonini Builders, Arcadia Homes and specialize in restoration of older floors, we bring them back to life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started as a part time job. Eventually, I was offered a full time position because they liked my attention to detail. After I learned the entire trade I was particularly amazed about the fact that I could walk in on a very damaged hardwood floor and bring it back to life making it look brand new again. That was very satisfying .

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the course of many years we have work with many customers of different background, age and believe. Also, we have worked in different scenarios. Some were in the home during the process, others were out of town and our communication was over the phone and other via email.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished a project where the customer asked us to replace the metal floor registers for the flushed wood vents. The installation is very detailing for that type of installation. It involves great precision during the installation of the vent. I specifically like that type of work because the outcome after everything is completed is elegant and outstanding. That project took 1 week between the vents installation and the floor sanding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A Floor renovation can be a large investment so my advice would be to ask the pro as many questions as possible about their project in mind so that they can possibly get new ideas for their project. That way they can come up with the best possible option that fit their need.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think through about who they decide to hire for their home investment. A specialist will always provide the best outcome than a do it all company.
