What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can complete large projects in one day if neccessary, for a little extra fee. I charge by the sq ft flat rates... and do offer pricing at 100 per hour for repairs. I am very good at estimating! very very good at estimating how long a job will take.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customer has materials onsite, and tells me it's ready... 24-48hours later... i show up and stay till finished!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Apprentice for 2 years. partnership for 5 years. Independent 18 years career flooring installer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At 16yo I started laying carpet while taking classes at Normandale Community College. At 18yo I started my own business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A customer wanted Luxury Vinyl Plank installed before they moved furniture into their new home ... request came in at 10pm Wednesday. I called them immediatly.... and by 10am Thursday, the next day, I had their flooring being started. We finished there whole house by the next day, Friday, and they moved into their house that same day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Anyone with experience should be able to quote a price over the phone. A Fair price know. I know my bottom line and i would love to just give you an honest price and quick results. No sales gimmicks. No free rooms when you buy one...lol.lol...:)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Don't stress over the details. My job is the details. I promise you I will take care of everything. I floor houses daily. Every day. I love laying floors. I love impressing!
