We pre treat with a detergent, agitate with a counter rotating brush, and last we rinse & extract (steam cleaning). This ensures your floors and upholstery receive a deep cleaning every time! For our carpet repair and stretching services, we can provide you with service from an experienced, certified, quality technician, dedicated to making the carpet secure and looking like new again! Along with our experience in the industry, we're IICRC certified in areas such as carpet cleaning and carpet repair and reinstallation and continue with ongoing education. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge by the area for most residentials, and for commercial properties we charge by the square foot. Commercial properties will also need an appointment to measure and price the areas to be cleaned.

We are IICRC certified. Institute of Inspection cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Our average job takes between 2-3 hours to complete!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask what style of cleaning they use! We use hot water extraction commonly referred to as "Steam Cleaning". We us a 3 step cleaning process. 1. Pre-treat with a heated detergent 2. Agitate with a counter rotating brush machine 3. Rinse & Extract (Steam Cleaning) This process ensures you get a deep thorough cleaning every time!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Generally carpet and upholstery will take between 4-10 hours to dry, so prepare for this. It's best to stay off the carpet as much as you can until it is dry!
