First we meet at their house,take measurements discuss and listen to what they want provide estimate within 24 hours and once they decide to hire me we put them on the schedule and if material is ready we start job right away.!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped a client that his floors were butchered by a previous company with nails sticking up. We went removed old floor make sure nails and staples were secured installation new LVP and seeing his smile on his face once project was done was priceless!!

Do your research especially on the material you are looking to install so when you get the quote you are not surprised. Also ask how long have they been installing floors, ask for references, are they insured?
