What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices are done per job after knowing details but for any floor work there is a minimum charge of $950 and so on. For renovations and remodeling we have to gather more information but our basic prices are comparable to the market offering a high quality service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide the best service in the industry with attention to detail and we care for our new customers as we care for all existing clients, with professionalism and doing best we can to make our clients feel welcome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our teams are trained in and out of the field, all of them have experience in their workmanship skills.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been in construction our entire lives. Family owned and operating as a family of professional operators.

All types, from high ticket clients to the mom and pop residence or shops.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The featured project we are proud to have remodeled the townhouse in all aspects due to water damage we had floor, subfloor repairs and many other remodels that turned out amazing.

What kind of renovation can I realistically achieve within my budget? - Are there alternatives or adjustments that can help maximize value? Is the professional fully insured and licensed for this type of work? - Can they provide documentation or references to verify? Is the service they’re offering worth the cost they’re charging? - How does their quote compare to other professionals offering similar services? Is the time frame they provided realistic given the project scope? - What factors could cause delays, and how would they handle them?
