He taught us as kids how to do steps, patios with pavers, retaining walls and roof repairs. We do excellent Masonary work today because of his strong work ethics being passed down to our generation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give fair and honest pricing and honor our discount coupons.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our secretary sets up a time and date for us to meet face to face with the customer. The estimators will call when they are en route prior to driving towards the customer for their free estimate appointment time, we also like to discuss the project needs and options with the customer upon arrival to get a better idea and understanding of what the job needs are. We then inspect to give a full detailed description of the job task at hand.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the Construction Trade since 1999, and also learned from our father who was also in the same trade who taught us hard work. We have highly skilled and trade professional employees who take pride in their work ethics.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started by working with our dad since we were kids, he would bring us to job-sites so we can learn at a young age.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with Residential and Commercial customers throughout the 16 counties in the State of New Jersey.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent job we are fond of was a backyard patio with a retaining wall, it included a seating area around a custom fireplace with lighting coming out of the retaining wall columns. The project took 8 to 10 days due to inspection days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you have a signed contract by both parties. The customer and the contractor should sign and date the contract with a detailed description of work to be completed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do they have photos of previous similar projects or even a referral.
