What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

In my proposal, there is an expiration date for the price and the reason is that the prices of the materials are constantly changing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I reach out to the new customer by text or e-mail, followed by a phone call to set up an appointment. I will see in person the project and write a proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 23+years of experience. I am a problem solver in repairing Structural Engineering and Foundations. I love challenging projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working when I was 13yrs old in my family business. I moved to Santorini, Greece, and build/remodel various Luxury Hotels. Living U.S.A, I continue to do the work that I love to do. I specialize in the most difficult projects such as repairing Structural, Foundation, Roofing, and Masonry jobs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked in elite towns as well as in multi-family city properties

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

4 family property in Newark, the foundation was broken and I saved the house. When digging the foundation, the house was miraculously standing on sand and water. You can see the video in my gallery.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a few professionals that really know how to do the right job. I have been hired to fix other people's mistakes.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please let me know your expectations so I can discuss with you if technically it is possible to do your wishes. Behind walls and floors, you might expect additional surprises. Keep in mind dealing with construction, there is always dust.
