A State Funded program hired us to remodel her home so that it is ADA Accessible based on her unique disability. We are proud to serve our Community by providing Life Changing Modifications to our Customers Homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you pick someone who is License, Bonded and Insured. NEVER give a Contractor 100% payment, up front. Ask for referrals. Make sure the Contractor and their Design Team fully understands your vision and can convey back to you what you want.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Consider that when Major Modifications are being performed in your home, there may be times when utilities may not be accessible. Although we pride ourselves on keeping a clean work space, there may be times when there is construction debris, dust and materials laying around. Certain parts of the home may be inaccessible while under construction and may even be hazardous to enter those parts of the home while construction is underway.
