We are Fairly- Priced, & Offer Military, & Senior Discounts. We are happy to quote for Free. RENOVATIONS: Must be seen. RESTORATIONS; Must be seen. FLOOR INSTALLATION: Depends upon the type. PAINT: Must be seen. HANDYMAN Service: Must be seen.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact the Client via Phone & Text or Email. Arrange to meet in person to discuss & clarify exactly what he/she needs done. We review the Scope of Work, & Select & Confirm any Colors or Textures. By so doing, we are on the same page, & the Client gets Exactly what they want as a result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We constantly read online & try new products to stay up-to-date. We also get Certifications & attend Seminars. For example, Gio Attended & Participated in a (2) Day Training for Stone Pro's - Stone & Marble Countertop Repair & Restoration; and got his Certification, among others.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I chose to work in this industry because As a Child, I made Homes out of shoe boxes. And always said when I grow up, I'm going to be a Home Builder(which I did become). I helped my Dad lay a Floor & Paint. As an Adult, I worked as a Translator for my then husband- to train Spanish-speaking laborer. In order to teach workers, I had to learn. I loved it.I later went on to Build Homes. While Building I also did Insurance Restorations(Flood/Water-Damage & Fire)-28 years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently Painted complete Interior, did Renovations, Water Damage Restorations Painting, Installs- Flooring & Vanities, Repairs ,Heavy Duty Cleaning , & Carpet Cleaning of a home. We enjoy doing the whole job..from soup to nuts!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure that you are comfortable with your provider. Cheap/Expensive is NOT always better. A provider should be Reasonable, Qualified, & Professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We take pride in all that we do. We do extensive PREPARATION to attain the best result. We will return to amend/correct if anything is missed or omitted- even AFTER we have been paid. See if any other Pro will do that.
