What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We can provide an estimated price based on pictures, however we strongly suggest to schedule an appointment to visit the location/property to completely check all the areas in order to give a better price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We thank any customer just for giving us the opportunity to at least have a chance to communicate and know us. As soon as a new customer request our service we will make the best to start the project as soon as possible or at customer schedule. We work together with our customer to fit any needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our years of experience on the job and some vocational school knowledge are our best presentation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a family company, doing this for more than 15 years already. First we were employees, later we wish to start our own business and join as brothers to open our own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential and commercial companies, and we focus on quality and better price for everybody.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently were hired to work in an apartment complex to repair most of the units on all the issues found

We know customers are always looking for quality and best price, we focus on that and it is part of what make us a best options when someone look for us.
