I will not charge service fee on any confirmed job order or home estimate if you go with my services.,. It will be wave if you go with me. But Please be aware I will also charge $95 dollars for any cancellation on any confirmed work order on that same day!, specially when you are already made that appointment do the estimates , I will also give 10% discount only for seniors only 65 & over! We do ask for 65% down payment before i start the work, this is for your materials & half of the labor to start the job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

my pricing is very fair. I do charge consultations fee and cancellation fee. I will adjust my prices by knocking some few dollars off if the job is really easy. I'm very realiable, very consistent with my appointments, I do come early and I do it right the first time. No job is too big or small, we do it all.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

first I have to confirm 1 hour before coming over to there place. then check all the projects and materials if there's anything Is missing. . I do a through diagnostics on every work i do. after that I will talk to my customers on what needs to be done, what materials is gonna be needed more or what's missing.i quote on the spot sometimes and tell them how much it's gonna cost them and most important is if we can finish it the same day or how long it will take to finish it. I don't hide my prices on every job,I will tell them upfront how it's such and when it's gonna be done. then the last process is to double check the quality of the job. I'm a QC kinda guy. and most all "we make it happen",,ASAP if necessary but with quality of course.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I trained through experienceand attending seminars with big companies Im very skilled person so I learn very fast on my trade and my experience for 10 plus yrs. and counting and gave me ideas and solutions on every project that I do.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this job by working on the side with my cousin, uncle and friends. that's how I got started.then I start getting part time jobs with a different local Contractors in town. I first started on very basic works, then in the long run they giving me much better projects and higher & Better pay. I planed starting on my own after three to five years of training and working for somebody else. so here I am working with you on your next project.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I don't pick my customers, they usually pick me. I think all my customers or clients who trust and pick me first are all great if you need my services, then I'm there, I'll get it done, as early & fast and accurate. I like perfections! "Quality work is my best policy; not quantity!"

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just finished working on bathroom tiles, flooring is my favorites took me 10 hours. to finish tiling it. I do love any home remodeling. any projects you need help? call me first!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

just trust your technician and be generous. all technician are different and they won't sign up on this job if they don't know what they're doing. be respectful and ask good questions related to your project. we are not there to argue with you. and trust me we know what we do!we are good of what we do. i suggest also that if you have any concerns or issues on the work or projects thats been done, pls try to connect with your technician,and all is good and your happy about the work or the finished project, pls give us a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review that's the best you can do for Us! be a great customer to your handyman

are they dependable? how soon can they come in and start the work? can they fix it? Are the price are fair for the right projects? And never doubt your handyman.
