We focus on quality service delivery. We assess each scope of work and propose the best methods considering the budget of the client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gather the requirements over the phone and then makes site visit if needed. We prepare work & cost estimate as per the requirements and after the finalisation we start the work as per the payment & project plan.

Over 15 years of Construction Experience. Certified in many construction course, OSHA 30/10, Confined Space, Safety Traffic control, First Aid/CPR/AED certified, Hoist and Rigging, DEC erosion control training, to name a few. David Belinquete is a proud & active local union member since 2010.

David Belinquete is born and grew up in a family where all Men did construction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Basement Bathroom Installation - The project involved the installation of a legal full bathroom in Client’s basement. The existing concrete floor had to be removed to access the master drain, which required the installation of new drainage and connection to the existing master drain. The team then poured a new concrete floor, framed out the walls, installed water supply, electrical outlets, and lights. The walls were closed, compounded to a smooth finish, painted, and tiles installed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for their experience, license and qualification along with their previous projects.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should have an idea about what they want. We can help them in improvement and gift them the best out of their project.
