Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I find that my pricing is Fair, I'm not charging what I believe I should be charging for my quality work. But it makes my clients happy and a busy schedule for me. I always tell my clients that I'm 100% sure they can find someone for a cheaper price, but it doesn't guarantee the type of work I can offer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
So usually we like to arrange an appointment so I can see the work required for the project. We take notes and sit down with the client and go through a list of the options possible and different prices. From there I'll recommend what's best in my opinion and let the client tell me their goals. From there we get a contract ready and move forward to working on the client's goal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have many years of experience, most of them on the field. I've taken all kinds of workshops to keep us updated in the most recent materials and methods to do a job that can last a life time. Also taken workshops on waterproofing, building showers, building materials, blueprints, and schluter system workshops. always looking to learn new things and fine tune our work for the best quality possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Family business, been exposed to all kinds of remodeling jobs since young age.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all types of customers, from general contractors in big commercial buildings, to some celebrities and all types of residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I cant just name one project I'm proud of. I'm proud of every single one, I take great pride in my work. I like to pay attention to the small details that make a difference. about time, I like to work at a steady pace. Which means I can get the job done in a short time period and the right way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
you get what you pay for. I cant stress that enough. I get frequent calls of people that have passed on my quotes because of the price, then a few later I get contacted to redo the job. which means the client would have to pay for the materials and labor all over again. better off paying a Professional to do it the right way if you're already spending money on materials

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I strongly believe that customers should do a bit of research on the people they want to hire. just to make sure they're capable of getting the job done properly.
