A base line, yes. But I have no problem with someone negotiating on price

Listen to them carefully about what they want.

My dad's trade and I learned in the field of installing any and most all flooring.

Working with my dad in the summers as a kid.

I think customers should ask their questions like they see it and base them on what they want and expect then pay extra attention to the installers answers .
