What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is all inclusive and varies depending on product, sub floor conditions as well as finishing work required. Therefore we do not have a standard pricing model but one that will be targeted to your specific needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will schedule an appointment to bring out our mobile showroom where we will listen to your specific needs. We will gather all of your flooring requirements and show you the products that will best fit your needs. You will receive your quote while we are there!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Floor Coverings International is an expert in the field of flooring.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We fell in love with the company because of its pride of product, flooring knowledge and most importantly their drive to always do whats right for customers. We are proud to be a part of the team and to offer all of these qualities to you!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with homeowners, business owners, building managers, restoration companies, insurance companies and reaitors

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every project differs just slightly in complexity, customer desires, and timelines required. However, we don't collect payment on the balance until the customer is satisfied. Most of our projects go from selection to installed in under 2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who will make sure to put you and your needs first. They must be experts in the field and should be able to help you make the best purchasing decision for you and your home!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What specific needs they will have for their new flooring? Some examples of things to think of are: Is this a high traffic area? Will their be children playing on the flooring or using toys on the flooring? is there any potential for water in the area? What is most important to you concerning your new floor? Comfort or look?
