What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Concrete on average will cost around $8/sqft including removal and installation... Forestry mulching costs on average of $200/hr with a $1,000 minimum... Sometimes, depending on the distance, a mileage and time surcharge will be assessed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call for a free estimate... Acceptance of project and placed on the schedule...

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In the construction industry since I was 7 years old, started my company at 19 years old...

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a second generation entrepreneur in the construction industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with commercial, industrial, US military, residential and rural customers. ALL types.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently were in West Chester, OH in a new subdivision to pour concrete for a new patio. While we were there, we were also able to deforest multiple backyards of neighbors that were left by the developer in order to give them more usable space in the backyard for their children to play. We were able to deforest and regrade terrain, providing them with around an additional 50% more usable backyard space.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We always recommend hiring a family owned businesses that have been established for several years. Why? Family businesses have EVERYTHING invested into their livelihood. The owner is always available to address any concerns or problems concerning the project. The owner also oversees daily operations of every project. They also have better relationships with the people who work for them and care for their well being.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my budget? How many days will the project disrupt my normal routine? Are there any permits or bonds required? Do I know my property lines? Did I let my neighbors know that there would be some disruption in parking due to trucks and equipment on the street?
