What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We prefer to provide on site estimates but are very flexible. All on site estimates are free, as our customers are only charged when they decide to go with a job. We guarantee the lowest prices and encourage our customers to get a second opinion on a job if they need reassurance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will talk on the phone or message back and forth to schedule an on site estimate. From there on, customer inquiries are our top priority, meaning that we will do everything we can to get back to you ASAP if we miss a call.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Though I do not often do the installations myself, I have previous experience installing and refinishing flooring, and I am a carpet expert. I have the ability to discuss a multitude of options with our customers and always cater to their needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for my father, the previous owner of Victor's Carpet and Flooring, but have taken over the past couple of years. I love the ability to bring beautiful flooring to customers and seeing jobs finished is one of the best feelings.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with anyone that wants our services. This ranges from commercial properties, to real estate investors, and our most common customer, the homeowner.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently reinstalled hardwood flooring into an entire house. The customer interaction was quick and seamless and we were able to get started with the job within 4 days of meeting the customer. One room of fresh flooring looks great, but seeing new flooring for an entire house is fantastic.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always take advantage of in home estimates. It is rare that an accurate quote can be provided online and it's important to meet who you are working with, especially on a large job. Flooring lasts a long time and a little effort up front can go a long way.
