Introduction

Welcome to 918 Brothers Flooring LLC! My name is Neptali Juan Macedo, and I’m the owner of 918 Brothers Flooring LLC. I’m 23 years old and a certified carpenter and mason, having earned my certificates from Tulsa Tech. I used to work under the table, but I decided to take myself back to trade school to build a real career with my skills. Now, I specialize in laminate flooring installation, delivering quality work at an affordable price. Currently, I’m available on weekends only due to my full-time job, but my goal is to grow this business and, by God’s grace, go full-time. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled professional to install your laminate flooring, I’d be happy to help! Let’s transform your space—one floor at a time!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is straightforward and reflects the quality and effort I put into every job: $4 per sq. ft. for laminate flooring installation, $4 per linear ft. for baseboard/quarter round installation, and $4 per linear ft. to paint baseboards. I believe in fair pricing for quality work and appreciate your understanding and support!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My process begins with a conversation to understand the customer’s vision and ensure all project details are covered. I also confirm that all necessary materials are on-site before starting. Once everything is set, my crew and I get straight to work, focusing on efficient and high-quality labor, including underlayment, laminate flooring installation, baseboard installation, and baseboard painting if needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
So far, I’ve mainly done side jobs for family, but I’m now looking to take on more projects and see what opportunities are out there. Since I work full-time during the week, I’m currently available for jobs on weekends only—Saturday and Sunday.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should consider whether the professional has the right experience and skills for the job. They should also ensure they have all the necessary materials on-site before the project begins, as I focus solely on labor. Additionally, they should think about their budget, project timeline, and any specific details they want to discuss, such as baseboard painting or underlayment installation.
