What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer an array of discounts for Seniors, First Responders, and Military. We also have coupons online. All discounts must be presented at the time of sale.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we must come out and inspect the property which in most cases is free, then we can quote the products, labor, and job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both, I was trained by my mentor Al Dark, who just passed away this year from cancer. God rest his soul and thanks to him I have all the knowledge needed to best the in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked in the industry for many years and learned the ropes, I got tired of working with companies that were unprofessional and I ultimately wanted to change the culture for the homeowners. I built something worth being a part of and I really enjoy making a difference in people's lives

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, and what I've learn is everyone basically wants the same thing. A job well done well which is organized at a fair price!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a job for an amazing individual who is out there putting his life on the line everyday for me and you. Now when he comes from work after protecting us he doesn't have to worry about his own home and can relax. Thanks Will and God Bless you, and I hope you stay out there Sir

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework, look at reviews, check licenses, ask for references, and learn about the products and needed

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

One of the main questions that is missed is if the Company's insurance is up to date.
