What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

when I'm putting an estimate together I think of every possible situation because I cant see what's underneath the ground! so I price the job accordingly, and usually it ends up being less money than I estimated for!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we will meet and you can show me what you have plans for. I will offer some ideas to help the process as well. then I take measurements, and get a price together on the spot for you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

currently I dont have any education or training, but I have been in the field for many years, and always have great references, and other pros to answer questions if needed!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a company that did very similar things, and I wanted to build a better company so I can compete with everyone else.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all sorts of customers, and at the end of the day, they were overall satisfied with all the work that's been done!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I get alot of jobs where I'm digging service lines, those are some of my favorite because it doesn't take alot of effort to do a nice, clean looking job!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

it's okay to not be sure what you want done! were professionals, and we have great insight!

the customer needs to put together an overall goal that needs to be achieved!
